JSON documents can be inadvertently compressed

By default, spymemcached will compress everything. This will probably cause some confusion with views on the server.

When using the CouchbaseClient, or maybe all the time, we should check for JSON in the payload (if the first character is { or [ is a cheap check) and avoid compressing the data.
