    Description

      For transactions, implement the functional/integration test (FIT) performer's set of gRPC calls to be able to be driven by the test harness. Since the transactions implementation is going on in parallel, obviously it won't be able to actually drive real transactions and some components may need to be mocked out. Goal is to be able to execute this and see the 'performance', with all failures.
