Transaction Insert and rollback leaves behind an empty document

Steps:

1. Start a transaction
2. Insert a document 
3. Rollback transaction

You can find an empty document being created. 

The metadata is cleared of the transaction information but the document should be removed as well

Same is true for replace as well
