.NET Transactions release 1.1.0 needs to mention dependencies

    Description

      Based on a customer's feedback (quoted below), it looks like .NET SDK is required for .NET Transactions 1.1.0:

      > The reason the code from Github is not compiling is due to an out-of-date dependency configuration. The new version requires at least version 3.2.0 of CouchbaseNetClient just to compile. This fact is not mentioned in the release notes.

      Please confirm with Engineering. If so, it looks like the SDK dependency should be listed on this page, just as it is for the Transactions 1.0.0 release, along with any Server dependencies and guidance which package to use, etc.
