add a way to enable logging to javascript console LCB appropriate items via configuration

It would be handy if there were a programmatic way to enable LCB logging and redirect it to the regular console log. For instance, in my current circumstance, I need to debug which port it's not connected to and doing that through webstorm with an envvar is not as simple as inserting a line to redirect stuff.
