Prototype Node.js Antorized docs and devguide examples

Goal is to show a branch of devguide-examples antorized either directly or indirectly (like through submodules or repo) with node.js. Some code examples would be in the node docs repo, some in devguide-examples, all tagged and building to the main documentation in a DRY way.
