view index queries are taking long time

    Description

      1. Create a cluster of 4 nodes
      2. Create 3 buckets on the cluster and load 1000 documents
      3. Create views on each bucket and start with index query
      4. Now eject out one of the nodes

      Test fails - "RebalanceFailedException: Rebalance Failed: seems like rebalance hangs. please check logs!" - rebalance ultimately finished. The issue with the view query not returning response in 240sec.
