[CX] file encoding-related failure after moving to JRE 8u121b13

    Description

      When addressing -MB-22389-, a test started failing which looks to be file encoding related.  Commenting out the test for now, to enable testing with JRE.

      Expected results file: src/test/resources/integrationts/results/tutorials/let-there-be-beer/let-there-be-beer.012.adm
      Actual results file: target/itest/results/tutorials/let-there-be-beer/let-there-be-beer.012.adm
