Add N1QL Auditing + Module and Event Level Controls to UI

    Description

      Add N1QL auditing module. Enter the configuration value into MetaKV using key "n1qlAudit" with values "true" or "false".

      Expose ALL event modules and events in auditing UI. Allow per event enable/disable controls. Also include control for a white list of usernames.
