[tools] kv_trace.json file is empty

    Description

      Install Couchbase server 7.0.0-5071 on 4 centos 7.6 servers.

      Create a cluster 4 nodes and default bucket.

      Run cbcollectinfo to get logs.  Check log contain in log files. 

      Got kv_trace.json file is empty.

      The last stable build is 7.0.0-5017

       

      I will upload log soon.
