[UI][ipv6-Upgrade] After single node upgrade, UI not coming up

    Description

      Installed Base build enterprise_6.6.2-9588 with Data and query service only

      Added sample Bucket- travel sample

      created bucket and loaded data into it. "cbworkloadgen -n s22410-ip6.qe.couchbase.com:8091 -u Administrator -p password -i 200000 -b Bucket1".

      Now performed single node upgrade( By stopping the server and installed 7.0.0-5091)

      Navigated to web console: http://s22410-ip6.qe.couchbase.com:8091/ui/index.html

      but UI is  not coming up.
