[Observability] : Differentiate between local and remote cbas connections/links to KV on Couchbase cluster

Currently,  we don’t have a way to differentiate between local and remote cbas connections from KV's perspective. So remote cluster would not know about the columnar cluster to provide preventive alerts. For instance: whenever the Credentials/Certs get updated on the remote cluster, notification gets triggered for Credentials/Certs needs to be updated on Columnar cluster

A way to differentiate between local and remote cbas connections/links on remote Couchbase cluster to KV so that preventative alert/metric could be designed accordingly based on that.
