Allow per bucket Serializer

Currently the configured Serializer is per cluster object using SerializerFactory.

It would be good if it were possible to provide a different Serializer per bucket as some buckets may have different serialization requirements to other buckets. The only way to allow this right now is to have separate cluster objects with the appropriate serializer with connected bucket(s).
