SingleQueryTransaction tests are throwing unknown errors

    Description

      I am seeing failures with various tests that are verifying failed states of single query transactions.

      Can be reproduced by running the permute_allFailedTransactions_checkQueryStmtBehaviour in the SingleQueryTransactionBlockedByAFailedTxnTest file. Attached are the driver and performer logs from a recent run of mine where this happens.
