ClientRecord tests are failing with uncaught exceptions

    Description

      In the tests errorInUpdateClientRecord and clientRecordErrorInjection in the file ClientRecordTest.

      We see a mixture of TransactionFailOther exceptions and TestFailOtherException and TestFailTransientException. These errors are returned as UNKNOWN over the gRPC because it is unhandled.

      I have attached the logs from a run of errorInUpdateClientRecord from my local as Dotnet_performer.log
