    Description

      Build
      4.5.0-2550

      Was seen during dgm testing with fts. Bucket deletion fails to complete and rebalance fails subsequently and repeatedly. This looks similar to MB-19430.

      Failed to wait deletion of some buckets on some nodes: [{'ns_1@172.23.106.48',
                                                               {'EXIT',
                                                                {old_buckets_shutdown_wait_failed,
                                                                 ["sasl_bucket_1",
                                                                  "standard_bucket_1"]}}}]

      Rebalance exited with reason {buckets_shutdown_wait_failed,
                                    [{'ns_1@172.23.106.48',
                                      {'EXIT',
                                       {old_buckets_shutdown_wait_failed,
                                        ["sasl_bucket_1","standard_bucket_1"]}}}]}
