    Description

      From forums:

      Under the following conditions:
      1. Get the session state as read-only
      2. Someone else has it locked
      3. AspNet provider should respect that lock even though read-only.

In our situation, that actually probably helps our performance, but, apparently that's out of spec for that situation. Don't know the downsides.
