ASP.NET Provide option for configuring CB connection info via code

Prior to 2.0, the Couchbase connection information could be configured in code. With the 2.0 release, it was changed to require the configuration to be in the web.config file. A request has been made to allow the combination of multiple buckets/clusters that were introduced in 2.0, along with the ability to configure the connection information in code that was lost with 2.0.
