Support for custom routing

Support using a document field as the Elasticsearch routing value. This has value on its own, and is also a prerequisite for parent-join relationships.

Requires having access to the full document in the deletion notification so the Elasticsearch deletion request can be routed correctly. Couchbase Server does not currently provide the document body (see MB-17466).
