Treat unqualified seed node ports as manager ports

    Description

      After upgrading to SDK 3, the connector assumes unqualified seed node ports are KV ports. This differs from the pre-SDK 3 behavior, where an unqualified port was assumed to be a MANAGER port.

      For compatibility with previous 4.2.x versions, the connector should tread unqualified ports as MANAGER ports.
