It would be nice if the Couchbase Elasticsearch Connector could be used with Elastic Cloud as a sink.
Notes:
Requires an "Authorization" header like:
Authorization: ApiKey <Base64-encoded API key>Secure connection required
Port must default to 443
Trust JVM's default certificate authorities instead of requiring user to specify CA certificate (currently there's no way to do that)
Probably add new
[elasticsearch.elasticCloud]config setting, with path to file holding API key?
