Ignoring a document should update the checkpoint

Right now the checkpoints only get updated when a document is indexed or deleted.

Consequently, within a vbucket if a large number of documents are ignored, and no document is subsequently written or deleted, the checkpoints won't be updated; when the connector resumes from the checkpoint, it will need to ignore all those documents again.

Might impact performance, but probably not correctness.
