Change Jenkins to use the latest version of CBS

    Description

      Jenkins has been changed to default to CBS 7.0.3 for both master integration runs and manually triggered integration runs. This is due to bucket flush errors causing bucket timeouts that can be seen here: https://jenkins.sgwdev.com/job/SyncGateway-Integration/224/ .

      This needs to be followed up and changed to the latest version of CBS so SGW can be thoroughly tested.
