    Description

      We should add a flag to the sg collect endpoint thats built into sync gateway --> The one that Capella utilizes. 

      This flag should mean that sync gateway (or sg collect) will delete the collected zip file once its uploaded to s3, when upload to s3 is specified in the call.

      Also add a flag to opt-out of this behaviour (to allow local retention of the file as well as upload to s3).
