    Description

      DCP connections with long names break the STATS "dcp" command. (See MB-34280). Sync-gateway should generate names that are no longer than the memcached limit.

            SG DCP names range from 65 to 78 chars, based on which feed, and whether CBGT is being used or not.

            Added a unit test to ensure we always generate names less than 200 chars in both cases.
