Replicator.resetCheckpoint() Deprecated

Description

The resetCheckpoint() API has been deprecated and will be removed in a future release.

Instead use Replicator.start(reset), where reset is a boolean value.

Yes- removal is fine. Also, we should probably file a task to track proposed deprecations and removals in https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1NzUjPHiVma4pfL7mKI6sAf72hGsiNcuHX4h_RrpBevY/edit#gid=286679675 so there is no confusion. Also, review as needed. I have been updating this document based on various PRD discussions but would be good to review as a group.

Closing the issues means we have removed the API. Wanted to double check with  that was what she wanted before closing. Just made it low priority as I look over the Lithium bug list.

 The ResetCheckpoint method is marked deprecated in the API comments/doc on .Net, so I think we can close this issue?
