Remove deprecated Replicator.resetCheckpoint()

Description

The resetCheckpoint() API has been deprecated and will be removed in a future release.

Instead use Replicator.start(reset), where reset is a boolean value.

That was my mistake when I filed it under Hydrogen.

Got it.  I was confused by the fact that this was pushed to Lithium.  I have marked the method as deprecated, in 2.8.

This will be deprecated in Hydrogen (see comment in https://couchbasecloud.atlassian.net/browse/CBL-1015#icft=CBL-1015).

This bug is so it will show up in the "deprecated" section of our release notes. Once the API is removed, we will mark this as fixed and the issue will show up in the "removed" section of our release notes.

Wait!  Wait!  We should deprecate it in 2.8, so that we can remove it in 3.0!  We really should indicate our intention for a full release...
