iOS 14: Local Network Privacy

Need to identify the behavior and test local network privacy introduced in iOS 14.

• check whether we need to handle anything special for catching the access denied condition when accessing network.
• probably needs to add an error code, which can be exposed to users in case of access denied. Which should permanently fail replicator.
• create a ticket to update the docs, which specify adding the properties in info.plist for customer apps.
