Stopping Listener doesn't stop the passive replicator and connections.

    Description

      Currently stopping the listener prevents new coming connections but doesn't stop the passive replicators and close connections.

      iOS Test: URLEndpointTest.testStopListener (https://github.com/couchbase/couchbase-lite-ios/pull/2730).

      .Net Test: URLEndpointListenerTest.TestStopListener (https://github.com/couchbase/couchbase-lite-net/pull/1243/files).
