Deprecate Replicator.resetCheckpoint() API

Description

The Replicator.resetCheckpoint() API is deprecated — instead, use Replicator.start(reset), where reset is a boolean value

This API does not actually exist in LiteCore, it was purely an options dictionary entry.  It is already removed in 2.8
