Test Fest : Updated document didn't get pushed until another update happened

This is observed during the test fest using iOS that an updated document didn't get pushed until another update happened ("task 3  not updated until update task3").

Scenarios:

1. Create a task with an image.

2. Being offline and then online.

3. Update the task with a new image and name.

4. Do not see any updates push to the server.

Unfortunately, we didn't capture any logs (both CBL and SG). I suspected that the issue happened because the replicator was still in the offline state waiting to retry so any updates in that period of time didn't push to the server.
