    Description

      Pasin has determined, pretty clearly, that (although this bug cites v2.27 and we noticed this build on something like v2.13) the problems that Lauren Nguyen and Blake Meike were seeing are likely due to a bug in clang 13.

      We need to warn community users that build core for themselves, that clang 13 will not produce a useable binary.
