Develop test to catch database closed bug in ReplicatorPendingDocIdTest

    Description

      Some of our tests fail, intermittently, during Helium builds on Jenkins on a call to validatePendingDocumentIds(ids). For example, this sometimes happens in testPendingDocIdsWithCreate()

      This failure is caused is cause by a bug that was a blocker for Lithium RC2.

      We need an explicit test that verifies that the the bug has been fixed, in Core, and that verifies that it is not present in Helium.
