    Description

      As a Couchbase Lite user, I should be able to tune the network retry handling so that it better matches my application's requirements.

      Minimum configuration options exposed to the user for both push and pull replications should be:

      1. Maximum number of retries.
      2. User-selectable retry strategies.
        1. Timer-based.
          1. Timeout parameter (30sec).
        2. Exponential back-off.
          1. Initial back-off wait duration (e.g. 200ms).
