    Description

      ICU was being omitted from BlackDuck scans, and the version being used (54.1) has a dozen critical and high security vulnerabilities filed against it. Most do not apply but there a few that cannot be 100% explained a way. 69.1 has no known vulnerabilities.

      This ticket is blocked until a cbdeps package for 69.1 is available
