Add user-agent header to the replicator (Backport)

Description

The other platform has add a default user-agent but CBL-C hasn't. We should add the user-agent. Here is the rough format :

"CouchbaseLite/<Version> <Platform Info> Build/<Build Number> %@ LiteCore/<Version and Build>"
