Fix empty identity error when building LiteCoreCppTests&C4Tests using XCode 14

Description

Two errors:

1. An empty identity is not valid when signing a binary for the product type 'Command-line Tool'.

2. An empty identity is not valid when signing a binary for the product type 'Dynamic Library'.
