UWP deprecated and Xamarin deprecated

Description

UWP is deprecated as of 3.1 in favor of .NET 6 WinUI 3, Removed in 3.2:
Xamarin iOS is also deprecated in 3.2 favor of .NET 8 iOS
Xamarin Android is deprecated in 3.2 favor of .NET 8 Android
