Data getting corrupted during collection replication
Description
This is a test that I mentioned before that seemed to fix by adding a retry loop to the failing assert, however it is back and failing now even WITH the retry loop which is strange. I saw it fail on both .NET 6 console Windows and UWP, but never elsewhere. This means it will probably take a long time to figure out what is happening.
The symptom is that after the replication completes, a given document is replicated but its content is all null. It may even be a Core bug, I'm not sure.
