Strip Android native libraries before packaging

Description

Apparently .NET does not do this automatically like the Android SDK does?

If there turns out to be a build setting workaround for this I will close.

Not sure why this wasn't picked up by merging the EE PR but it is fixed by https://github.com/couchbaselabs/couchbase-lite-net-ee/pull/139
