Strip LiteCore binaries

Description

In an attempt to provide more useful debugging information, for CBSE work, I disabled native library stripping. It has the intended effect but, unfortunately, it also makes the platform library an order of magnitude fatter. Users are beginning to notice.

Sadly, they need to be stripped of debugging symbols, again.
