Fix Jenkins PR Validation Job failure

Jenkins job is currently failing saying.

Testing failed:

	invalid argument '-mmacosx-version-min=10.0' not allowed with '-mios-simulator-version-min=10.0'

	-fobjc-arc is not supported on versions of OS X prior to 10.6

	Testing cancelled because the build failed.

After the discussion with Ming, he pointed to this location.

CMake options: -DCMAKE_TOOLCHAIN_FILE=/Users/jenkins/workspace/eline_couchbase-lite-ios_PR-2604/couchbase-lite-ios/vendor/couchbase-lite-core/Xcode/../vendor/ios-cmake/ios.toolchain.cmake -DPLATFORM=SIMULATOR64 -DDEPLOYMENT_TARGET=10.0 -DENABLE_PROGRAMS=0 -DENABLE_TESTING=0 -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug -DLWS_WITH_ASAN=1

could this be the problem? what if setting the deployment target to 10.6+?
