Cannot load LiteCore on Windows 10

    Description

      As per linked customer case, LiteCore cannot be loaded as its dependencies cannot be found. The customer works around the issue by installing JRE outside the Program Files directory. Our QE solved this issue by installing Visual C++ Runtime. We should find out what is the requirement to use CBL-Java on Windows exactly.
