Singular subdoc GET_COUNT operations fails

    Description

      Attempting to perform a sub-document GET_COUNT for a single entry fails as libcouchbase appears to attempt to expand the operation into a single top-level command (rather than being a sub-operation of LOOKUP_IN) which fails since GET_COUNT isn't a valid top-level command (0xd2).
