Use of deprecated function 'std::random_shuffle'

Due to use of 'std::random_shuffle' windows build with libcouchbase 3.0.4 failed with message "..\libcouchbase\tools\cbc-n1qlback.cc(396): error C2039: 'random_shuffle': is not a member of 'std'"
