CLONE - Link in README.markdown's "Building" section is broken

Fedora's libcouchbase packages link for further information to https://developer.couchbase.com/server/other-products/release-notes-archives/c-sdk. This address gives a "[404] – 🤔 whoops, I don't have that page."

While trying to fix this, I looked at libcouchbase's source code at https://github.com/couchbase/libcouchbase. In its README.markdown, the same link (https://developer.couchbase.com/server/other-products/release-notes-archives/c-sdk) is referred to in the section "Building".

(Also minor typo in "Bugs, Support, Issues": In "You may report issues in the library in our issue tracked at https://issues.couchbase.com.", "tracked" should probably be "tracker".)
