Need ability to attach arbitrary data to lcb_TRACESPAN

In order to implement the passing of span data through libcouchbase when the user has a custom tracer / custom span specified in the higher-level SDK, it is necessary to be able to serialize the parent span and then reconstruct it on the tracer-wrapper side of things. To this end, it would be idea if it was possible to attach a "cookie" to a tracespan.
