Add Error Handling Scenarios

The "Handling Errors" section was recently expanded to help provide more general information, but we need to add sections of sample code for the most common scenarios (similar level of details that is documented by the other SDKs).

Acceptance Criteria:

• We must plan to cover all of the typical scenarios similar to what we provide in the other SDK documentation (KV, Query, etc).
• We must first add new sample code files (or augment an existing sample) and then "pull in" references (using tags) to that code in the documentation. In this way, we can be sure that the sample code in the documentation is always correct, especially if the sample code changes in the future.
• Once we have the sample code created for reference, we must have an adequate explanation of the error handling scenario with inline code references.
