libcouchbase does not work on systems with EWOULDBLOCK != EAGAIN

    Description

      Some systems define EWOULDBLOCK, but have a different value for EAGAIN and returns EAGAIN instead of EWOULDBLOCK in some cases.

      We found this "the hard way" on HP-UX where libcouchbase wouldn't work at all.
