hide mutation_token from lcb_RESP{XXX}

Mutation tokens should be hidden since they are a 'specialty' item and mess up the otherwise common ABI structure of the responses. Mutation tokens will still be fetchable using lcb_resp_get_mutation_token(), which is already in use by the Python SDK
